About the Facilitator
Retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant and former Chief Instructor with over two decades of formal military instruction experience. He has designed and delivered structured training programs for service members, first responders, and civilian professionals both within and outside the military.
Owner of AHVS, an SDVOB focused on business operational consulting, professional development workshops, and metabolic health optimization.
A lifelong learner, Ash holds MHP and FMCHC certifications in metabolic health and is the author of I Am the Way and Quiet Strength — two books on personal discipline and principled leadership.
